White-label commercial finance broker platform
CoreFi gives established commercial finance brokerages a ready-built platform: a curated lender panel with per-product criteria and submission tiers, a deal CRM with stage and commission tracking, a lender-matching engine, and secure borrower document handling. No need to build your own tooling; get in touch for access and pricing.
Most brokerage principals spend more time managing spreadsheets, chasing documents, and second-guessing lender appetite than they spend closing deals. CoreFi is built to help fix that: a single platform covering your lender panel, your pipeline, your document workflow, and your commission tracking.
The platform is founder-built, UK-focused, and designed for commercial finance brokers placing business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, bridging, and property finance. If you run an established brokerage and want better tooling without the cost and delay of building it yourself, CoreFi is worth a look. To find out whether it fits, book a demo.
What the platform includes
Your brokerage runs on CoreFi's rails. The platform gives you access to a curated lender panel where each lender has per-product criteria, appetite notes, and a defined submission tier built in. Direct lenders show full contact details; packagers and master-brokers surface via their submission method only, with anti-circumvention routing enforced automatically. On top of the panel, you get a deal CRM with pipeline stage history, bottleneck analytics, an agent action queue, and commission tracking including clawback logic. Borrower onboarding is handled through tiered packs: a single click-sign disclosure document replaces multiple separate forms, and all files are stored in a private, secure bucket with short-lived signed access URLs. Companies House autofill reduces manual data entry when packaging a deal.
Who it suits
CoreFi is suited to established brokers and brokerage principals who are already placing deals and want to scale without building proprietary tooling. If you are running deals across a mix of lenders and finding that lender selection, document packaging, and pipeline visibility are the bottlenecks, CoreFi is designed to address each of those directly. It is also well-suited to principals who manage a small team of brokers or introducers and need commission tracking, agent management, and audit trails without stitching together separate tools.
The lender-matching engine
The matching engine scores a deal against each lender's appetite, product criteria, and borrower profile and returns a ranked shortlist, so you can approach the right lender first rather than running the same deal past several lenders and collecting declines. The engine accounts for factors including deal size, sector SIC codes, borrower type, and lender-specific constraints. Lender criteria are maintained by CoreFi's team, so the panel stays current without manual upkeep on your side. Matching is a guide to help you prioritise; final credit decisions always sit with the lender.
Security and compliance infrastructure
The platform is built with enterprise-grade security throughout: AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive tokens, row-level security on every database table, audit trails on key actions, and MFA enforcement for admin-level access. Borrower data is held in a private storage bucket with short-lived signed URLs so files are not shared accidentally. The borrower onboarding pack captures consent and disclosure in one place, with a structured agent submission review flow before anything goes to a lender.
How access and onboarding works
Access is by application. Once approved, your brokerage is set up on the platform with your team structure, commission terms, and lender panel configuration. CoreFi handles the technical setup; your agents work through a structured onboarding flow covering compliance documentation, agreement signing, and identity verification before they can place a deal. There is no self-serve sign-up for brokerage access, because panel integrity and compliance standards matter to the lenders who sit on it. Get in touch to discuss access and pricing.
Frequently asked questions
Does CoreFi provide the lender panel, or do I bring my own lenders?
CoreFi maintains a curated panel of specialist lenders with per-product criteria and submission tiers already built in. When you join as a brokerage, you access that panel. If you have existing direct lender relationships, those can be discussed during onboarding, but the panel itself is curated by CoreFi to maintain quality and anti-circumvention compliance.
Can I manage my own agents and their commission splits within the platform?
Yes. The platform includes agent and team management, structured commission terms, clawback logic, and commission tracking through to payment. Agents have their own action queues and pipeline views, and you see consolidated performance data across the team.
What does the borrower onboarding process look like on CoreFi?
Borrowers are invited via a magic link. They complete a single onboarding pack that covers consent and disclosure in one click-sign document, upload required identity and financial documents to a secure private bucket, and can connect a business bank account via Open Banking where that feature is enabled. Your agents review submissions before anything reaches a lender.
Is there a free trial, or can I see pricing before booking a demo?
Access terms and pricing are discussed directly. There is no published pricing at this stage. The right starting point is a demo: it gives you an accurate picture of what the platform does and whether it fits your brokerage before any commitment.
Does CoreFi provide professional indemnity insurance?
No. CoreFi does not provide professional indemnity insurance. Your own regulatory and insurance arrangements as a brokerage are separate and remain your responsibility.
