Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the CoreFi platform. It applies to all users, including Free, Pro, and Premium subscribers. This policy is supplemental to our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use CoreFi to:

  • Engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or financial information
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Exploit the Service for any commercial purpose not authorised by us
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights

3. Account Security

  • Use a strong, unique password for your CoreFi account
  • Do not share your account credentials with anyone
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Fair Use

We expect reasonable use of the Service. This includes:

  • Not making excessive API requests that could degrade performance for other users
  • Not creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
  • Not using automated tools to interact with the Service without our permission

5. Consequences

If you breach this AUP, we may:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities

We will endeavour to contact you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the platform, please report it to hello@corefi.app.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
