Lender panel access for commercial finance brokers
CoreFi gives commercial finance brokers access to a curated panel of specialist lenders, complete with per-product criteria, submission tiers, and anti-circumvention routing built into the deal workflow. You get structured lender intelligence from day one, without spending months building relationships across the market.
Building a lender panel from scratch takes time. You need active BDM relationships, an understanding of each lender's actual appetite (not just their headline rates), and a way to stay current as criteria shift. CoreFi's platform gives your brokerage access to a curated panel of specialist UK commercial lenders, with per-product criteria, minimum deal sizes, eligible borrower types, and submission routes built directly into the deal workflow.\n\nThe panel is not a directory. Each lender entry drives the matching engine and the submission pack logic, so when your broker picks a lender, the platform already knows which tier of submission applies and how to present the deal. That is the difference between a spreadsheet of contacts and infrastructure that saves packaging time. To see the panel and discuss access and pricing, book a demo.
Per-product criteria, not just lender names
Most sourcing tools show you a lender name and a phone number. CoreFi stores structured product-level data such as LTV and LTC limits, DSCR thresholds, eligible SIC codes, minimum and maximum facility sizes, rate period, repayment structure, and charge order. When a deal enters the CRM, the matching engine scores it against this data rather than asking the broker to hold it all in their head. The result is a ranked shortlist of lenders whose recorded appetite fits the deal, not a list of everyone who has ever done something vaguely similar.
Submission tiers built into the workflow
Not every lender receives a submission the same way. Some have a formal portal login, others a dedicated BDM email, others a structured pack sent to a shared inbox. CoreFi encodes a submission tier for each lender-product combination so the platform knows what to prepare and how to route it. Your brokers stop re-inventing the pack for every deal and start working from a consistent, lender-specific baseline that reduces back-and-forth and helps speed up credit decisions.
Honest anti-circumvention routing
Some lenders on the panel are direct; others are packagers or master-brokers who operate under anti-circumvention clauses. CoreFi handles this transparently. Direct lenders are shown with full contact details (portal, BDM email, phone, name), while packagers and master-brokers are shown via submission method only. Your brokers see what they need to place the deal correctly, without inadvertently breaching the introducer agreement that routes through the packager. This is not a workaround; it is the correct way to operate within signed agreements, and it is built into the platform so your team does not have to police it manually.
Active panel, not a static database
Lender appetite shifts. A lender that was active in a sector six months ago may have paused, tightened LTV, or changed their BDM. CoreFi distinguishes between lenders that are active (meaning a deal can be placed right now via portal, email, or phone) and those that are onboarding or paused. Appetite notes are version-tracked, so the matching engine reflects the current panel state rather than a snapshot from the last time someone updated a spreadsheet. For a brokerage, this means fewer wasted submissions to lenders who have quietly stepped back from a product.
Panel reach without the relationship overhead
Joining CoreFi's platform gives your brokerage structured access to lender relationships, including specialist lenders across bridging, asset finance, invoice finance, acquisition finance, and commercial property. The platform's panel and routing infrastructure handles the operational layer, so your brokers can work across the panel from within the deal workflow. For smaller or newer brokerages, this compresses the time it takes to be credibly active across the spectrum of UK commercial finance products. Your own BDM relationships remain valuable and sit alongside the panel rather than being replaced by it.
Frequently asked questions
What does 'curated panel' mean in practice?
It means the lenders on the platform have been reviewed as active (capable of receiving a deal right now), have structured product data entered at the criteria level, and are connected to the submission tier and matching logic. It is not a scraped directory. Each entry is maintained as lender appetite changes.
Can my brokerage add its own lender relationships to the platform?
This is part of the access and onboarding conversation. Book a demo and we can walk through how your existing panel would sit alongside the CoreFi panel within the platform, and discuss access and pricing.
Why does the platform hide packager contact details from brokers?
Packagers and master-brokers typically operate under anti-circumvention clauses in their introducer agreements. Showing a broker the packager's underlying lender contact would put the introducing brokerage in breach of that agreement. CoreFi routes these lenders via submission method only, which is the correct and compliant approach. Direct lenders are shown in full.
Does panel access replace the need to build my own lender relationships?
For many deals, the panel provides useful coverage from day one. For specialised or very large transactions, your own BDM relationships remain valuable. The platform is designed to complement your existing relationships, not to replace the judgement that experienced brokers bring to complex deals.
How is this different from a sourcing tool or a lending marketplace?
Sourcing tools show you who lends in a category. CoreFi integrates lender criteria into the deal workflow: the matching engine scores a specific deal against appetite, the submission pack is tiered by lender, and the CRM tracks stage history and bottlenecks. The lender panel is one layer of a deal management platform, not a standalone lookup tool.
