Company Report purchase terms
Version report-terms-v1-2026-08. These terms cover one-off Company Report purchases. If you hold a CoreFi app subscription, that is a separate agreement and those terms continue to apply to it.
- 1.Each report is a single one-off purchase, not a subscription. Nothing recurs and no card is stored for future billing.
- 2.The report is compiled from public registers and official filings. It is information only. It is not advice, and it is not a credit score or a credit reference.
- 3.Figures are reproduced or derived from what the company itself filed. Where a filing is unreadable or a figure was never filed, the report says so rather than estimating.
- 4.The report is produced and made available immediately on payment. Because delivery begins at once, the statutory 14-day right to cancel digital content does not apply once the report has been delivered.
- 5.If a report cannot be produced, or delivery fails, the purchase is refunded in full.
- 6.The report is licensed for the buyer's own business use and for advising their own client on the transaction it was bought for. It may not be resold or republished as a standalone product.
Cancellation and refunds
A Company Report is digital content supplied immediately. Before paying you are asked to confirm that you want it produced and delivered straight away, and that you understand the 14-day right to cancel digital content does not apply once delivery has begun. This reflects regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If a report cannot be produced, or delivery fails, you are refunded in full. If you think something is wrong with a report you have received, email info@jgcore.com and we will look at it. We would always rather sort a problem out directly than have you raise it with your bank.
What the report is, and is not
The report is compiled from public registers and a company's own filings. It is information, not advice, and it is not a credit score, a credit reference or a recommendation to trade with or lend to anyone. Where a figure was never filed, or a filing cannot be read reliably, the report says so rather than estimating. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for any checks your own obligations require.
