Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Last updated: February 2026. These terms apply to any prize draw operated by JG Core Ltd through the CoreFi platform. Individual draws may have supplementary terms which will be published alongside the draw announcement.

1. Promoter

The promoter is JG Core Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16218779), trading as "CoreFi" ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

2. No Purchase Necessary

Entry to this prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win.

While certain actions within the CoreFi platform (such as subscribing to a paid plan or referring friends) may earn additional entries, a free entry route is always available and is no less convenient than any paid route.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the date of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of JG Core Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• One set of entries per person. Multiple accounts created to gain additional entries will be disqualified.
• Entrants must provide a valid email address for winner notification.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Online Entry (Free)

Create a free CoreFi account at corefi.app/signup. No payment or subscription is required. Upon creating a free account, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the active prize draw.

4.2 Postal Entry (Free)

Send a postcard or sealed envelope containing your full name and email address to:

Each postal entry received will be credited with one (1) entry. Postal entries must be received before the closing date. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, damaged, or delayed in the post.

4.3 Bonus Entries

Additional entries may be earned through the following actions within the CoreFi platform. These are optional and do not affect your ability to enter for free:

5. Draw Period

The entry period and draw date for each prize draw will be published on the prize draw page at corefi.app/prize-draw. No entries will be accepted after the published closing date.

6. Prize

The prize for each draw will be described on the prize draw page. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available unless the prize itself is cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The selection will be performed using a cryptographically secure random number generator. The random seed used for selection will be recorded and published for transparency.

Each entry carries equal weight. If a participant has earned multiple entries, each entry is treated as a separate chance to win.

8. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date.
• The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.
• If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be selected using the same method.
• The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the email address provided at registration.

9. Tax

Prize winnings from free draws are not subject to UK income tax or capital gains tax at the point of award. However, any subsequent income or gains derived from the prize (e.g. interest, investment returns, or profit from sale) may be taxable. Winners are advised to seek independent tax advice if required.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected for the prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner, and (with consent) sending marketing communications about CoreFi.

Entrants may withdraw their data at any time by contacting legal@corefi.app. Withdrawal of data before the draw date will result in disqualification from the draw.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Creates multiple accounts to gain additional entries
• Provides false or misleading information
• Tampers with the entry process
• Acts in a manner that is contrary to these terms or the spirit of the draw

12. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• This prize draw is a free draw within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005 and does not require a licence from the Gambling Commission.
